Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent position (30 hours a week)

Hourly Wage: CAD$35

Benefits: 4% vacation pay added to bi-weekly pay


Company Description:

Lynn Valley House Rentals Ltd. offers a full suite of property management tools to investors,

homeowners and landlords. Our goal is to increase occupancy and decrease hassle by finding

people who will treat our clients’ property right. We ensure the safety of our clients’ property

and give them a peace of mind.

We are looking for an individual that has an interest to establish a career as

Property Administrator.

The qualifying candidate will be focused on professional achievements and has the

willingness to learn and grow within the organization:


Job Description:

· Oversee daily management and operations of residential or commercial properties.

· Arrange or authorize the rental or leasing of multiple properties in a portfolio on the

property owners' behalf.

· Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in good condition.

· Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

· Ensure timely rent collection and manage related financial transactions when applicable.

· Prepare and manage property budgets, tracking income and expenses.

· Maintain records of property finances and ensure accurate documentation.

· Ensure compliance with leasing agreements and local regulations.

· Advertise property vacancies and screen prospective tenants.

· Assist in lease negotiations to secure favorable terms for both landlords and tenants.

· Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of both landlords and

tenants efficiently.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education;

· 3 years of previous administrative experience;

· 1 year of previous property administrative experience;

· Ability to speak English;

· Must have a flexible schedules and open availability.

· Must be available for shifts on weekends;

· Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
